Here at Matthew Anthony we've helped people buy and sell homes across town for the past seven years from our base at Worthing House, just around the corner from the pier.
I started the business with a clear vision. Worthing is a modern, vibrant and diverse coastal town and I wanted to create something that matched that character and would provide a service for local people unparalleled in the area.
I also wanted to make sure we offered the highest levels of service. You only have to look at our reviews to see we've achieved all of this, what's more we've done it in a unique way by being welcoming and friendly. We really have broken down the estate agent stereotypes of the past.
Collaboration
Another example of how we really are different is that instead of the usual fierce rivalry between estate agents, something we believe can never benefit clients, we instead adopted an approach of collaboration.
For the past few years we've worked closely with our friends at Stafford Johnson, sharing experience and expertise as well as workload. It's a partnership that has been so successful we are now taking things to the next level by fully joining forces.
Moving forward
Finding another estate agency that shares the same work ethic and values as us made this choice an easy one to make. It's a very natural progression to make the bond between our two companies even stronger by merging our teams and combining our resources.
We will all be working together under the new banner of 'Matthew Anthony incorporating Stafford Johnson' in an expanded office on Goring Road. We'll continue to offer the very best service to clients of both companies past, present and future, mixing together what made each of us unique and in doing so creating a totally new experience.
Area of expertise
We love Worthing, It's where we live and work, which is why we know the town and surrounding areas so well. The quarter of a century's worth of experience that the name Stafford Johnson brings will ensure the continuation their own hard-won reputation as THE local property experts in Goring, Ferring and West Worthing.
Changing with the times doesn't have to mean that you simply stop doing things that have worked in the past. In the same way that Stafford Johnson's traditional values will continue to be upheld, our own approach of providing a first class service across the board, utilising all the cutting edge tools available to a modern estate agency will also carry forward.
Moving home
Our new partnership is also symbolised by us moving into the totally revamped and extended offices previously occupied by Stafford Johnson. Being situated on Goring Road will allow us to serve the local communities of Goring, Ferring and West Worthing whilst still keeping the whole of Worthing firmly in our sights.
Working in person side by side is the best way to share skills and experience and allows each member of our growing team to perform to the best of their abilities. Whether this involves giving the most accurate valuations, the friendliest accompanied viewings, getting the best offers for clients or making sure everything goes smoothly through to completion, we'll all be working to the same goal - giving our clients a truly first class service.
So as a chapter for both agencies draws to a close a brand new and exciting one begins. We're an estate agent who is moving and we look forward to helping you make your own move with as much happiness and future success as we will have from our own.
